I moved into an Apartment that is supposed to have Free cable and DSLIts through the complex and a weird company called HBL out of Ocala Fl So there is a Cable Jack in the wall and I got Borrowed a Motorola Cable Modem from a friendwhen you hook it upit recognizes the modem but not the Service Provider
ive heard people doint this they paid for cable modem and the internet service but they didnt pay for cable TV and they somehow manage to watch TV programs on the television just like the others how do they do that if this works it will save me about 30 bucks a month
They turn in the cable box at the cable companies office and tell them they only want internet The cable company is susposed to send someone out to install a filter but the technicians never have one on the truck so they dont always install it and you get the rest of the basic cable channels for FREE Its not a hack but more of a lazy cable TV technician not doing his Job
